Guaranteed anonymous bidding
Remember that the tenders are completely anonymous, no one can see the business identification, except the customer when you are the awarded company or it is a fixed price tender (where all the registered funeral businesses are displayed).
Improve it by dropping the bid or simply register if it is a fixed price tender (which does not allow improving the price): you can enter the price directly o use the quick bid buttons.
If your price is under-bid you may bid as many times as you like as long as the tendering time has not elapsed.
Swift award approval
When the tender time has elapsed you just have to wait for the customer who placed the tender to confirm the transfer or service.
Bear in mind that the customer may remove a bid at any time if you have made a mistake in your publication or the need for the service has terminated for any reason.
Transparency in the communication with the Insurance Company
When the customer awards you the service or transfer, you will receive an email with the customer’s details and the customer will receive your’s in order to initiate the service and finalise any details.
Do not forget to inform in “your tenders / traceability” about the progress milestones of the service or transfer, this is very important for your customer.
